Our Policy on Dental Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits regardless if we are in or out of your insurance policy network. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated co-pay, (the portion of which your insurance is expected not to pay), must be paid at the time the service is rendered.

Please understand that we bill dental insurance companies as a courtesy to our patients. We are not responsible for how your insurance company manages its claims or what benefits they allow on a claim. We can only assist you in estimating your co-pay for dental services rendered.

Financial Assistance for Your Dental Service

Our goal is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. As we do not practice "discount dentistry," an important part of this goal is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible by offering several payment options.

For your convenience, we also offer CareCredit, which provides affordable, flexible payment plans for dental services. Using CareCredit requires no up-front cost or annual fees and can be used for ongoing care.

As a courtesy, we offer a 5% discount to patients who pay in full with cash for treatment plans of $500 to $999 before the initiation of care, as well as a 10% discount for treatment plans of $1,000 or more when paid in the same manner.

We deliver the finest dental care at the most reasonable costs to our patients; therefore your estimated balance is due at the time the service is rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all the fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
